Rebecca Rivard
Rebecca is a proud native of Clayton, Wisconsin, who now calls Taylors Falls her home. She is a highly skilled medical coder who works tirelessly for Allina Health, always striving to enhance her professional development. Despite the challenges she faces in her work, Rebecca never loses sight of her passion for her career, and her dedication to her family is unwavering. In her free time, she loves to watch her children excel in dance, gymnastics, and hockey and volunteers regularly to support their passion. With her love for Italian cuisine, Rebecca reminds us that life should be enjoyed with all the senses. Her sense of commitment to excellence and hard work has made her an invaluable member of the Allina Health team. With her extensive experience as both a parent and business professional, Rebecca brings to the team her knowledge of time management, communication skills, organizational skills, and problem-solving in support of serving in the non-profit sector.

Christina Ettestad
Christina is an experienced leader who inspires and supports her internal teams with training and mentorship. She understands the importance of enhancing professional development and personal growth, both directly and indirectly managing staff towards these goals. Christina's excellent relationship management skills enable her to build and maintain strong ties with key clients and sponsors. As a Native Minnesotan with a focus on community organization and change, Christina has developed a strong sense of devotion to the nonprofit sector. Her extensive experience as a volunteer and employee for Girl Scouts River Valleys has given her a deep appreciation for how nonprofits seek to improve quality youth programming. Christina's work as an Independent Caregiver through GT Independence has also equipped her with valuable skills in working with youth with various abilities and building relationships within her community. Through her various professional skills, Christina brings with her countless years of management and youth programming to provide a keen sense of support throughout non-profit organizations.

Bea Vue
Bea graduated from the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities, with a degree in Psychology. Her diverse professional journey led her to the dynamic field of banking, where she currently serves as a Supervisor with Sunrise Banks in the Anti-Money Laundering field. Bea holds the esteemed CAMS certification, showcasing her commitment to maintaining the highest standards in the industry. She is passionate about issues surrounding diversity, equity, and inclusion. Bea actively contributes to creating an environment where everyone's voice is heard and valued.
Beyond her professional life, Bea finds joy in exploring the outdoors and traveling with her husband and 4 children. Connecting with her Hmong heritage, Bea enjoys expressing her cultural roots through the art of cooking, particularly in the delightful flavors of Hmong cuisine.
Bea brings her financial expertise to the non-profit sector, using her skills to make a meaningful impact on organizations.

Jessica Beuning
Jessica's passion for teaching and her dedication towards her community are truly inspiring. As a recent graduate of Grand Canyon University with a degree in Elementary Education, she is eager to explore new opportunities and contribute her skills to make a difference. With her determination and expertise, she hopes to bring positive changes to the non-profit community and provide her students with the best possible learning experience. Her commitment towards professional growth and development is a testament to her unwavering spirit, and we are confident that she will excel in every step of her journey. With Jessica’s deep connections within the community and through her experience as an educator she hopes to build a fun and engaging fundraising experience for both youth and families as a whole.
